Our Story /

Born from Love, Built on Legacy

We founded SARU in the loving memory of our cherished grandfather. His unwavering commitment to compassion and service inspired us to create an organization dedicated to improving the lives of those in need.

Our mission is a tribute to his legacy, as we work to provide healthcare, comfort, and hope to underserved communities, just as he did throughout his life. Through SARU, we honor his memory by continuing his legacy of care and empathy, ensuring that his spirit lives on in the positive impact we make on countless lives.

Our Mission /

Equitable Healthcare for Vulnerable Communities

We are dedicated to ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare for vulnerable populations — delivering free checkups, screenings, and health education to communities that have no access to hospitals or clinics.

Our Vision /

A World Where No One Is Denied Healthcare

We envision a world where every person, regardless of their socio-economic background, has the opportunity to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.

Our Values /

What Drives Every Decision We Make

01

Equity

A child in a village deserves the same checkup as a child in a city hospital.

02

Empowerment

We teach communities to recognize health risks — not just treat them.

03

Collaboration

Every camp is a partnership with local organizations who know their community best.

04

Sustainability

We advocate for permanent infrastructure, not just one-time interventions.

05

Compassion

Founded in memory of our grandfather — his care for others is the standard we hold.

Our Founders /

Two Doctors. One Mission.

SARU was founded by physicians who believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
